In 2023 Simon and Nicci implemented a new management structure consisting of Ross Golding, Commercial Manager and Kellie Gavin, Operations Development Manager to continue striving forwards with new ideas and a fresh approach. Daniel Mann, with his extensive knowledge and background in the business has been promoted from senior Site Supervisor to Projects Manager, helping to steer the teams through this period of change and growth aiding the advancement into new clients and markets, but with the values and ideals that are so important to the West Lindsey Landscapes brand and identity. The new team are fully focused on the business.
Our valued colleagues are supported through their staff development with various extensive training programmes. Working with our partners at Riseholme College, delivering training tailored to specific roles, or needs. This ongoing investment not only improves the individual, but also facilitates the company to maintain its outstanding reputation for executing safe, reliable, and stunning project outcomes.
We endeavour to ensure that all our personnel are safe, well protected and educated in health and safety procedures whilst at work and on the various sites that we attend. They follow Company Safety Procedures and use protective equipment in accordance with the information and training they receive from our In-House Health and Safety Officer, Kellie Gavin.
As a company we are currently striving towards the ISO 9001 Certification, further substantiation of our desire for continual improvement.
