Projects Highlight

Central Avenue

We’ve recently completed landscaping works at Central Avenue, a new development of 16 two and three bedroom homes. Working with Lindum BMS on behalf of Ashfield District Council, our team delivered a full soft landscaping package.

The brief included turfing, seeding, and planting trees and shrubs to create a welcoming and attractive environment for future residents. We used a carefully chosen mix of plants and shrubs to bring structure and year-round interest to the development.

The project was led on site by our Senior Site Supervisor, Will Jones, whose coordination and experience helped ensure everything came together smoothly.

Client Highlight

Chestnut Homes - a longstanding working relationship

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on our ongoing relationship with Chestnut Homes — a valued client we’ve worked with consistently over many years. This trusted relationship has grown through shared standards, good communication, and a clear understanding of what’s needed to create quality outdoor spaces that enhance their developments.

Our team is currently supporting seven of their sites across Lincolnshire, delivering the full landscaping package for each. From initial discussions through to final planting, we work hand in hand with their excellent site teams to make sure every garden, show home and public space is finished to a high standard and ready on time.

Show home gardens, in particular, need to make a strong first impression. They set the tone for the whole development, giving potential buyers a sense of the lifestyle they could enjoy. Our designers and site teams work to tight build schedules to make this happen — bringing structure, planting, and attention to detail together to create spaces that feel instantly established and welcoming.

Working to busy deadlines means planning is crucial. Clear communication between both teams ensures we can respond quickly to changes, maintain quality, and keep everything moving smoothly on site. Over the years, this close working relationship has helped us build a genuine partnership based on reliability and trust.

We look forward to continuing to support Chestnut Homes with their upcoming developments and helping to shape the landscapes that frame their new communities.

Team Updates

Celebrating Mia’s Outstanding Achievement

In October, we were incredibly proud to celebrate a major milestone for both Mia and our team. Mia has successfully completed her Level 3 Construction Support Technician Standard apprenticeship, achieving a distinction — and making history as the first learner from T3 Training and Development to do so.

Mia joined us as an apprentice with a strong interest in the construction and landscaping sector, keen to build a career that combined practical skills with technical knowledge. From day one, she impressed everyone with her commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Over the course of her apprenticeship, she’s grown in confidence and skill, becoming a key member of the team.

Her role has included working alongside Ross securing projects, consultation and following through the tender process from initial enquiry to winning the project. It’s been inspiring to watch her development — not just in technical ability but also in her professional maturity and problem-solving skills.

Achieving a distinction at this level is a remarkable accomplishment in itself, but to be the first to do so on this course makes it even more special. This result is a reflection of Mia’s hard work, the support of her colleagues, and the strong partnership between our team and T3 Training and Development.

We’re thrilled to celebrate this moment with Mia and can’t wait to see how she continues to grow in her career. She’s set a brilliant example for future apprentices and shown what can be achieved through dedication, teamwork, and ambition.

Congratulations, Mia — a well-deserved success!
