West Lindsey Landscapes Ltd Highlights

Newsletter No.3 (February 2024 – June 2024)
What a great end to the year. Working collectively as a team, we achieved our best year to date, almost topping £1 million turnover.
We look forward to building on that figure in 2024-2025 and are excited about what the future will bring for West Lindsey Landscapes Ltd.

Feature Projects

Sports Pitch Reinstatement

In April 2022 we began our works to return this overgrown field back to its original purpose as a sports pitch.

The field had stood for 4 years and our first task was to carry out an Ecological report, after our second survey we had the all clear and were able to move onto our clearance works.

The clearance works consisted of boundary treatments, flailing, herbicide and brash removal.

Maintenance of the field was carried out until the school were ready to give the go ahead for the next stage to start. Topsoil importation started in July 2023 but soon halted due to the requirement of the installation of an underground drainage system.

Working with our partners at Lindum Plant this was achieved during a break in the wet weather.

With a window of good weather, the topsoiling recommenced in May 2024 with seeding starting in June.
Weather dependant, we are due to complete our final works in August 2024.

We are hoping to carry out more works in Sutton in Ashfield later in the year.
