Ethan joined West Lindsey Landscapes in August 2025 after spending time with the team on work experience. This is his first role since leaving full-time education. He now splits his week between four days on site and one day at Riseholme College, where he’s working towards a Level 2 Horticulture and Landscaping Apprenticeship. On site, Ethan is putting his new skills into practice and learning from his experienced colleagues. Away from work, Ethan has a real competitive streak. He is a member of the Lincolnshire County Youth Darts, and loves the buzz of car events like Santa Pod and banger racing. Next on his list is learning to drive when he turns 17.
