Mia joined West Lindsey Landscapes in May 2023 in her role as Estimating Apprentice, under the guidance of Ross, our Commercial Manager. Mia now has a permanent role at West Lindsey Landscapes, after excelling and receiving a Distinction in her EPA. Mia was a finalist in the Lincolnshire Enterprise Awards for Apprentice of the Year 2023, which amplifies her commitment and determination. Mia is now working towards improving the company’s sustainability and is completing various courses to progress her understanding. Mia regularly goes to watch the Banger Racing, where she can spend quality time with her family, whilst doing something she loves. When she was younger, Mia competed at an international level in Judo, having earned a green belt with two blue tabs, travelling to Holland to compete.
