Mia joined West Lindsey Landscapes in May 2023 in her role as Estimating Apprentice. This is an exciting role for Mia, who is looking forward to learning and developing in this area, under the guidance of Ross. Mia is hoping that the apprenticeship will lead to a permanent role with West Lindsey Landscapes, and she is working hard to learn the intricacies of the position. Mia was a finalist in the Lincolnshire Enterprise Awards for Apprentice of the year 2023. Mia regularly goes to watch the Banger Racing where she can spend quality time with her family, whilst doing something she loves. When she was younger, Mia competed at International Level in Judo, having earnt a green belt with two blue tabs, travelling to Holland to compete.
