After meeting Simon in 2004, Nicci was fundamental to successfully forming an established company which has now been trading since 2008. Nicci was not only handling all the admin and finances, but she was also working on site whilst the teams grew and became more experienced. Nicci hasn’t quite hung up her gloves for good but is now predominately finance based. Nicci is a fantastic cook and is passionate about healthy and nutritious foods. She is a keen gym member and has just taken up parkrun at a weekend. This in conjunction with her cycling, over 5000-mile last year, keeps Nicci very active. Nicci loves walking the family Labrador, Lucie in the countryside, and currently has her hands full with the addition of Norris, Nel and Eric! Currently, Nicci is looking forward to owning and using an ice bath !
