Will joined the team in April 2017 as an apprentice at the age of 16. In his time with the company, he has achieved his level 2 Diploma in Work Based Horticulture, is now SSSTS qualified and has undertaken his B&E trailer driving, which in invaluable for getting live materials to site. In the role of Senior Site Supervisor, Will is fantastic at leading his team to a high-quality finish, on time and on spec. As a homeowner, Will is always busy with DIY projects, weekly trips to the gym, Bush craft, camping and fell walking in the Lake District. Will is looking forward to increasing his knowledge base and will be attending several courses this year to further his skills as a Senior Site Supervisor.
