Will joined the team in April 2017 as an apprentice at age 16. In his time with the company, he has achieved his Level 2 Diploma in Work Based Horticulture, and has recently undertaken his B&E trailer driving, which is invaluable for getting live materials to site. In the role of Site Supervisor, Will is fantastic at leading his team to a high-quality finish, on time and on spec. As a homeowner, Will is always busy with DIY projects, but when he does get time, he enjoys camping and fell walking in the Lake District. Will is looking forward to increasing his knowledge base and will be attending several courses this year to further his skills as a supervisor.
