De Wint Care Home

Location: Lincoln

In February 2022, we started the first phase of planting works at De Wint Care Home, Lincoln, working to an extensive planting and turfing scheme created by Landscape Architects, Smeeden Foreman.
The previous sheltered accommodation block of 37 bedsits had been completed demolished to make way for a 70-apartment extra care facility in Lincoln to be built by Esh Construction.
Working closely with the main contractor, we moved through the 4 phased scheme to pull together the designs and vision of the architect, working within moving deadlines.
This gave our teams a great platform to use their knowledge of layout and planting skills. Once the scheme had been completed our Maintenance Division stepped in for the upkeep and preservation of the areas, ensuring we had a stunning peaceful garden area for the residents to enjoy throughout the summer months.
We are proud to have been part of such an impressive scheme and look forward to seeing how it improves and develops over the coming years.
