Our Estimating Manger Ross Golding was involved from the outset with the planting scheme design, working closely with Tim Owen of RG Carter. We set about the works initially in July 2020, with the hedge cutting and boundary works.
It is always exciting to see a site through from initial clearance works to the final result when the planting and turfing tales place, such a transformation!
Having the interruption of Covid, meant final works took place on site in June 2021, creating green open spaces and soft landscaping to 33 residential properties.
The teams worked hard to give the homeowners an area to be proud of.
The development also boasts installed reptile habitats, which were built on site by the team.
Our maintenance team then took over the site with a 12-month maintenance contract, keeping all of the public areas cared for and free from weeds and litter.
